Who is organising it
The evening is organised by Cabau Hotels, S.L., Spanish tax number B-57925323, registered at Carrer Quatre de Novembre 5, 3rd floor D, 07011 Palma de Mallorca, Illes Balears, Spain, owner of Hotel Glòria de Sant Jaume.

What you are booking
You are booking a place at a gastronomic evening: from 8:30 to 9:30 pm, in the hotel lobby, the chef's finger food and a tasting from our cellar. Michal Marchel plays the piano at El Patio from 7:00 pm as the music of the evening, included in your booking.
Places are limited to 70 people. We welcome you from 6:30 pm.
Price, places and payment
- The price depends on your place number, which is assigned in order of payment: the sooner you pay, the less you pay.
- Sending the form does not hold a place. Reception replies by email with availability, the price per person and a payment link.
- Your place is assigned once the payment is confirmed. You then receive your booking by email as a PDF with your name and your place number. Nothing needs printing.
- The payment link is personal and valid for a limited time. If it expires, just ask us for another.
If you cannot come
Places are for one specific date and are non-refundable: if you cancel or do not come, the amount is lost. As this is a leisure service for a specific date, the right of withdrawal under article 103.l of the Spanish Consumer Protection Act does not apply.
If something comes up, do write to us anyway at recepcion@gloriasantjaume.com or on WhatsApp at +34 620 518 344: we cannot refund you, but we would rather know.
If we were the ones who had to cancel or postpone the evening, you may choose between a full refund and keeping your place for the new date.
Photography and video
Photographs and video are taken during the evening. Cabau Hotels, S.L. uses them to show the hotel and its activities: its website, its social media and press or information material.
By booking your place you authorise Cabau Hotels, S.L. to capture your image and to use it for that purpose, with no territorial limit and with no payment in return, under Spanish Organic Law 1/1982 of 5 May on the civil protection of the right to honour, personal and family privacy and one's own image. The authorisation covers images taken during the evening of 25 October 2026 at Hotel Glòria de Sant Jaume.
You may withdraw this authorisation at any time, without affecting any use made before the withdrawal. Tell any member of our team during the evening, or write to recepcion@gloriasantjaume.com. If you would rather not appear, tell us when you arrive and we will take care of it.
If you come with children under fourteen, the authorisation regarding their image is given by whoever holds parental responsibility or guardianship. Please tell us when booking.

Purpose: managing your booking and its payment, sending you your confirmation, and publishing the images described above.
Legal basis: performance of your booking and, for the images, your consent.
How long: for as long as needed for that purpose and, for the images, for as long as you do not withdraw your consent; afterwards, for as long as the law requires.
Who else sees it: nobody, other than where the law requires it and the payment provider that collects your booking.
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, by writing to recepcion@gloriasantjaume.com. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency, www.aepd.es.
How you accept these terms
By ticking the box on the booking form and completing the payment. We record the date and time you accepted them. If you book by phone or at reception, we read them to you and they are accepted on payment.
House rules
- The evening is for adults, except for children accompanied by a responsible adult.
- If you have an allergy or intolerance, tell us when booking and the kitchen will take it into account.
- The hotel may refuse entry, or ask someone to leave, if they disrupt the evening or break the house rules. No refund is given in that case.
