COOKIE POLICY
Spoiler: there are none
The short version
This website uses no cookies. Neither ours nor anyone else's. There is no analytics, no advertising and no social media buttons tracking you. That is why you will not see a banner asking for permission: there is nothing to consent to.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small file that a website stores on your device when you visit it. It is used to remember things and, on many sites, to follow you from page to page. Article 22.2 of Spanish Act 34/2002 requires websites to explain them and to ask permission before using any that are not strictly necessary.
So what does this site store?
On the public side, nothing. You can browse the page and send the form without anything being stored in your browser.
In reception's private panel — which sits behind a password and is not reachable by the public — the browser's local storage is used so that a half-written booking is not lost if the connection drops. That is strictly technical, stays on the reception computer and cannot be used to track anyone.
The one third-party connection
The typefaces on this site are loaded from Google Fonts. In order to serve them, Google's servers receive your browser's IP address. No cookie is installed, you are not identified and it is not used for advertising; it is the usual way typefaces are served on the web.
If you would rather avoid even that, any content blocker will prevent it, and the site still reads perfectly well with your system's typefaces.
How to control cookies in your browser
Even though there are none here, you can review and delete at any time those you have from other websites:
If this changes
If one day we add a tool that does use cookies, we will update this page and ask your permission first, with a notice where you can accept or refuse. As long as you do not see that notice, there are still none.
